The hotel provided a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very clean and comfy, featuring a large space with small fridge, TWO TV's, and a great king-sized bed, but unfortunately had a persistent musty smell that required extra care. The service offered dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, and laundry facilities, enhancing convenience. The location was relatively soundproof and ideal for early departures from Hobby Airport, despite being in a so-so neighborhood. The dining experience was very good, with friendly and helpful desk staff serving delicious meals. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and Eric, the staff member, was excellent, very attentive, and polite. The hotel showed a little age but was still very cozy. The location was a bit stretchy but felt safe and pleasant. The dining experience was amazing, and the facilities were great!
